Operating Rules of the Community Campsite

Rules governing membership, access to and use of the ATC Rudava OZ community campsite.

Introductory Provisions

  1. These Operating Rules govern the use of the community campsite premises.
  2. Every campsite member is required to familiarise themselves with these Rules and comply with them.
  3. The aim is to ensure a safe, clean and friendly environment for everyone.

Membership in the Association

The association offers permanent membership and may also offer short-term membership.

1.1 – Permanent Membership in the Association

  1. A person becomes a permanent member of the association on the basis of a written application and by contributing to the association. Permanent members contribute to the activities of the association in non-financial ways, particularly through work and material support.
  2. Permanent members are recorded in the Register of Permanent Members.

1.2 – Short-Term Membership in the Association

  1. A person becomes a short-term member of the association on the basis of a written application and payment of the membership contribution, either by bank transfer or in cash.
  2. Short-term membership is limited in time and is intended for participation in the activities of the association and for use of the campsite for recreational purposes.
  3. A short-term member has the right to participate in the activities of the association to the extent determined by the association.
  4. Short-term members are recorded in the Register of Short-Term Members.
  5. Short-term membership is specifically linked to participation in the “Community Week at Rudava” and begins on the date the application is accepted and the membership contribution is paid.

Payments

  1. Membership contributions are linked exclusively to membership in the association and are used to support the operation, maintenance and development of the community campsite and its activities.
  2. Contributions may be made by bank transfer, in cash or in the form of assistance. When paying in cash, the association member will receive a receipt.
  3. Payment of the membership contribution does not constitute payment for accommodation or the provision of services. It is a contribution towards the operation and development of the community.

Registration and Entry to the Campsite

Entry to the campsite is subject to registration.

Upon arrival, every visitor is required to:

  1. complete and sign a membership application,
  2. pay the membership contribution,
  3. receive proof of payment and an identification item (e.g. a wristband).

Only after fulfilling these conditions is the person entitled to enter the campsite and participate in community activities. The visitor is required to wear the identification item in a visible place throughout their stay.

Persons arriving outside the designated registration hours may remain in an area designated by the campsite manager. Once the registration point opens, they are required to complete the registration process, sign the membership application, pay the membership contribution and receive an identification wristband. Only then are they entitled to make full use of the campsite and participate in community activities.

Use of the Campsite

  1. Camping and parking are permitted only in designated areas for tents.
  2. Camping with campers and caravans is permitted only in designated areas for campers and caravans.
  3. It is prohibited to alter the layout of the area without the consent of the campsite manager.
  4. Common areas must be kept clean after each use.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours: 23:00 – 06:00
  1. Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 06:00.
  2. The campsite is closed from 23:00 to 06:00.
  3. During quiet hours, loud behaviour, music and disturbing others are prohibited.

Fire and Safety

  1. Fires may only be lit in designated areas.
  2. Everyone is required to comply with fire-safety measures.
  3. In the event of danger, the campsite manager or emergency services must be contacted immediately.

Waste and the Environment

  1. Waste must be sorted according to the instructions (plastic, glass, general waste).
  2. Polluting the natural environment or water sources is prohibited.
  3. Every member is required to leave the area in a better condition than they found it.

Pets

  1. Animals are permitted only under the supervision of their owner.
  2. The owner is responsible for the animal's behaviour and for cleaning up its waste.
  3. Animals are not permitted in the cabins.

Liability and Damage

  1. Every member is responsible for any damage they cause.
  2. The association is not responsible for the loss of or damage to personal belongings.

Sanctions

  1. Violation of the rules may result in a warning or exclusion from the association.
  2. In serious cases, the police may be called.

Final Provisions

  1. These Operating Rules enter into force on the date of their approval.
  2. The campsite manager reserves the right to update these Rules.
